Save the Date: The Annual Employee Engagement Survey is Coming May 4

Once again, all team members will be asked to participate in an annual employee engagement survey. We need your feedback about your experience, including our Culture, Mission, and more, to make your workplace the best it can be.

You are an entrepreneur with the power to make a positive impact. Your experience and perspective are critical to our success in building remarkable businesses. The leaders of your business need your input to create a more thriving and productive workplace.

On Monday, May 4, the Annual Employee Engagement Survey will be sent to you by email from Perceptyx, an online survey platform we have continued to partner with. Please keep an eye out for this email and consider Perceptyx a safe sender; we have partnered with your IT department to ensure it gets through to you.

Your responses and comments will be completely confidential, so honesty is key. This survey will only take less than 5 minutes to complete, but the time you invest in it is invaluable. We want to improve upon our businesses and be the best we can be, so please take the time to help build a remarkable workplace. The survey opens Monday, May 4, and runs through Friday, May 15, 2026. Please plan to complete the survey during that time period.
